HEATING INSTRUCTIONS This product contains a removable wheat bag. This is the only part that is to be heated. Do not heat the cover. This process must be carried out by an adult.

FOR MICROWAVE ONLY Heat the product following these instructions: Place half a cup of water inside the microwave to assist wheat rehydration. Remove the inner wheat bag from the

cover and place inside the microwave. Make sure the turntable is clean and able to rotate freely. During heating, it is important that the wheat can circulate freely so that it heats evenly.

Halfway through the heating process, flip over the wheat bag and continue warming for the remainder of the recommended heating time. Take care when removing from the microwave

as it may be hot. Check temperature when finished by carefully placing against wrist or elbow. This is a natural product and may feel damp when first used. Do not exceed recommended

heating time, in the event of overheating allow to cool to room temperature. After heating the inner wheat bag, re-insert into the cover and fasten the velcro before use. Always allow to

cool to room temperature before reheating. Heating times below are based on a microwave with a turntable. ONLY REHEAT FROM ROOM TEMPERATURE. Please adjust accordingly if

your microwave has no turntable or a different wattage. 500W-750W = 1 minute / 750W-1000W = 45 seconds.

CHILLING INSTRUCTIONS Remove the inner wheat bag and place in plastic bag. Place this into the freezer. Allow to chill. Remove the plastic bag and discard before inserting the wheat

bag into the cover.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS See care label for cleaning instructions. Store in a clean and dry environment. Over time the aroma may need replenishing. Add a few drops of pure essential oil to

the wheat filled inner cushion after heating.

WARNINGS To preserve the wheat during transportation and storage, the wheat pack has been packed in a plastic cover. This plastic packaging must be removed before first use and

disposed of safely and away from children. When hot, never put in direct contact with open wounds or on delicate skin. Inspect inner wheat bag regularly and discard if found to be worn

or damaged. Do not ingest contents. This product contains wheat and may not be suitable for a person with a wheat allergy. Consult a doctor if you’re unsure on medical grounds about

using this product, especially if you are pregnant. This product can cause burns – avoid prolonged direct contact to skin. Not suitable for children under the age of 36 months. Heating

should always be carried out by an adult. Please retain packaging for future reference.
